Sunday..the day before a long week at school. Instead of dwelling on the fact that you have to wake up extremely early to spend your time doing insufficient busy work assigned by teachers who seem to only make your life horrible, try to think of it as a time that every teenager has to go through. Maybe even by taking one minute to learn a new word that may build your vocabulary or even a word that just makes you laugh is something. One day we will all look back and giggle at the fact we spent high school worrying pointlessly because we each will one day find what are real life is about and will actually enjoy waking up for it. -A

Me: Mom, what do you think the now means?

Mom: "You know, people love the little things. Like me just looking at this little candle glowing right now makes me happy after the long day I've had. And you know the NOW should be something that should be cherished. When you wake up in the morning and feel yourself breathing is what is happening right there and now, and the small things like that is what people don't ever recognize."

-My Mother, Dawn
The NOW is all about focusing on today. Often times we focus so much on the past or the future that we forget about what is happening NOW. We let days pass by merely focusing on what happened yesterday. I challenge you to take in every moment, really take it in. For you don't know how long you'll be here or how long that person you love will be here. So make each and every day count, focus on whats happening right NOW and make it beautiful.
"One day, you are going to learn something that can't be explained with science. And when that happens, you're life's going to change in ways you can't imagine." 2/8/14
